  7. All windows are vinyl, double glass with screens
  8. 100% fiber glass insulation
  9. All floors - Choice of oak or ceramic tiles
  10. All kitchen cabinets - Oak
  11. Inside finish with sheet rack & painting (choice of color)
  12. Outside finish - Choice of stucco, vinyl, or dry vit

* Also includes registered title, deeds, and a quick transfer without legal complications.

* Transfer taxes, notary public fees, and local bar association are not included.
